This 7 Day wildlife safari to Kenya and Tanzania is one of the shortest safaris which combine two countries. On this safari, you get a chance to explore the two African countries with the most interesting tourist attractions. The safari will start with your arrival at the airport where you will meet the driver from 4×4 Self Drive Kenya Ltd and you work on the paperwork, sign the car rental contract, and then you will start your safari with the drive to Lake Nakuru National Park from Nairobi
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park

You will be picked up by the safari guide from your hotel in the morning and have a short briefing about how your 7 days Tanzania and Kenya safari will move and after you transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park, the journey will take like 3 hours and you will reach the park at for lunch and then enjoy an afternoon game drive win the park and then after return for dinner and overnight at Back Packers, Acacia Picnic Site or Lake Nakuru lodge.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
Very early in the morning after breakfast at the lodge, depart and drive through the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Then have lunch before you enjoy the evening game drive in the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge, Mara West Chalets, or Mara Plains Camp.
Day 3: Masai Mara
Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast get your pack lunch because we are going to spend the whole day exploring the park in search of the big 5 animals (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and Cape buffalo), among other animals you will spot in the park include; zebras, Wildebeest, topi, Thomson’s gazelle and other. An optional hot air balloon safari can also be done in the park at an additional fee of $425 per person. Return for at the lodge as on day 2 for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Masai Mara – Serengeti National Park
On the fourth day, you will wake up early in the morning for breakfast in Masai mara and then transfer and cross to Tanzania through the Isebania border and then continue to Serengeti National Park through Ndabaka Gate, enjoy a full day game drive where you will get a chance to spot a variety of animals like; groups of elephant and giraffe, herds of buffalo, and many other ungulates (hooved animals) such as eland, kongoni, topi, impala and Grant’s gazelle. You will have a picnic lunch and dinner will be at Seronera Lodge or Sayali Camp.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park

The 5th day will be spent exploring the Serengeti National Park where you will wake up early in the morning after breakfast and go for a morning game drive and then in the afternoon return for lunch and then go back to the afternoon game drive then after return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro conservation area
After breakfast at the lodge, we will drive southeast up into the amazing Ngorongoro Conservation Area. and continue to Olduvai for lunch and overnight at the Simba campsite on the crater rim.
Day 7: Ngorongoro – Arusha
Early breakfast at the lodge and transfer to visit the crater. Lunch then continues to Arusha where the tour ends.
